How do deliveries work?

All refillable dried foods will be put in paper bags, glass jars or plastic containers depending on the content. Paper bags are not good for long term storage of some of our foods.

All liquids will be put in one of our plastic or glass containers. We ask that a similar sized container is left on your doorstep that we can swap when we deliver.

All other items will be picked and packed.

Alternatively you can drop off any of your containers in store any time we are open before you want delivery.

How do I pay?

• By bank transfer before delivery; once everything is weighed and the final amount is confirmed an email receipt will be sent with our bank details to pay.
• Payment at the doorstep during delvery via our card payment system Sumup – all cards accepted.
• Payment in store when you drop off your containers or if you are in town but cannot take your order.
